I was saddened to hear of Steve Irwin’s death this morning. He was a strong advocate for conservation and an entertaining TV host, he will be missed.

If her excuse is accurate, we can add “idiot” to the “child of Klan members” already on Terri Thomas’s resume. I can’t speak for Thomas’s legal qualifications, but her common sense seems to be sorely lacking.
Riley denies tie to tribal money
He didn’t ask for it, he didn’t want it. That doesn’t change the fact that he got it. The truth does hurt sometimes, that doesn’t make it false. The appropriate response would be, “Yes, it appears I did take money that was ultimately sourced to gambling interests, but it was not received knowingly, it is not something I approve of and I don’t believe there is anything I can do to rectify it now.” This deny, deny, deny just comes of as ignorance of the facts.
