The Alabama Legislature is just plain delusional if they think overriding the Governor’s veto to give themselves a pay raise will have no impact on the next election. All we can do is bide our time and let them know at the polls next time around. I’m truly disappointed in folks like Mac Gipson, who know better. A raise is one thing, but this raise is excessive.
