One Councilwoman, 2 Mayoral Candidates Sue

I’m not sure how much merit this lawsuit really has, but I don’t blame any of those suing for using every opportunity to bring attention to what the city did in moving the municipal elections from October to August. Intended or not to help ensure military personnel could participate in a run-off, it does have other consequences, and given past voting history in this city, it needs to be reviewed.
