Montgomery County continues to put itself squarely between the Town of Pike Road and the City of Montgomery over the Home Depot that they allowed to be annexed into Pike Road. They’re now trying to take it back, even going so far as to authorize their attorney to pursue legal action to reverse their earlier decision.

I’m with the Pike Road mayor on this one…I don’t think the county gets a “do over” on these kinds of things, but it may take a judge to decide that.
