The Washington Post Blog has a nice national perspective on the race in Alabama’s 2nd Congressional District. The one piece of new information is that Rep. Artur Davis has spoken to Mayor Bright about the seat, which wouldn’t seem to be a major piece of news except that Rep. Davis heads up the recruitment efforts for the DCCC (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee).
