Under 16? No More Hanging Out at the Rave

I’m going to be very interested to see if Festival Plaza can stick by this policy…no one under 16 after 9pm without a parent, including not admitting under 16 year olds to movies by themselves after 8pm at the Rave. I think it’s a great idea, but tough to enforce.
