Davis Pushes Aid in Farm Bill

There seems to be a disagreement over whether a particular provision in the federal Farm Bill is going to give Alabama farmers their fair share. Rep. Artur Davis is pushing the provision, while the rest of the Alabama delegation opposes including it.
