Alabama has a voice in the presidential primaries, which is what was hoped when the date was moved to February 5th.

“I believe it will be over on the evening of Feb. 5,” [Former DNC Chairman Terry] McAuliffe said during a Wednesday conference call. “Alabama is obviously very important to us.”
