Ala. Baptists Sniff Noses at Wine Trail

The Baptists can be upset…that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have a wine trail to help draw tourists to the state.

The Baptists may be onto something here, for the wrong reason. I went to a party last year that featured “Alabama wines” and they were pretty disappointing. Granted, there were only 4 or 5 wines there from a single vineyard (not sure which one) but none were drinkable — and my drinkability threshold is pretty low.
