I’m a bit in shock…I saw Tim Lennox make this post on his blog…then went to search the news and found this shocking story:
The “For the Record” news show, a fixture on Alabama Public Television for more than 25 years, is being canceled because of state budget cuts.
Mike McKenzie, spokesman for Alabama Public Television, confirmed Thursday that “For the Record” will go black in its current format after Jan. 30.
For the Record and Tim Lennox’s work has been the most valuable contribution APT has made to the state in the time I have lived here. I don’t even know how to respond to this one.
